Luciana Martorano has been invited to speak at the International Seminar Desafíos para la Libre Competencia en Iberoamérica, to be held on August 27 at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez Law School in Santiago (Chile). Our partner will address the Brazilian perspective on resale price maintenance (RPM) in the vertical distribution channel, especially in the luxury brands markets.
The seminar is organized by the Law School, the Chilean Antitrust Watchdog and Red Pro Competencia.
With Massimo Motta as opening speaker, the event will bring together Latin American and European authorities and experts to discuss the challenges for Antitrust Law in digital markets.
During the event, the collective book Challenges of Free Competition in Ibero-America - to which Luciana has contributed with the article “Protéccion de las marcas de lujo en acuerdos verticales: límites de legalidad” - will be launched.
