Our partner will moderate the panel Digital Competition: new markets with old problems, alongside brilliant speakers: CADE’s Commissioner Luiz Augusto Azevedo de Almeida Hoffman, Professor Juliana Domingues (CECORE and FDRP/USP), Andrea Suman (Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein) and Marcelo Laplane (CECORE and KLA).
The seminar will present other two relevant topics for the Antitrust Law: antitrust litigation and the intersection between tax law and competition.
